It is a really nice little bike :) after I cleaned it up I found a stamp which suggests it was made around December 1971 :) hopefully I will have a new video on this bike soon, thank you for your comment :)

BobbyKBikes Unfortunately here in rural Australia I’ve never actually seen one of these. Pity. I would love one. I have to make do with a chinese folding bike.

@@kennyscott1089 they are pretty rare even in the UK, most Trusty Spacemasters I've seen or heard of have had smaller frames and 16 inch wheels with balloon tyres, more like a competitor for the Raleigh RSW 16, this version that I have is a similar size to the Raleigh Twenty. I believe Trusty bicycles were cheaper than Raleigh bicycles, I don't know what the value is these days, but they are certainly rarer. What kind of Chinese folding bike do you have?

BobbyKBikes I don’t know actually. No stickers on it. It’s quite new and I got it for 20$. It got me into the world of small wheels. Now I lust for a brompton. Or a moulton. Never seen either of those as well.

I was given a Spacemaster in 1968 for passing my 11+ exams. Same green! Lovely to see it again. I bet it was named because of all the excitement at the time about space exploration?

that looks like a fantastic find mate I just bought a BSA 20 which I'm yet to restore and also recently are required a Mark 1 rsw dated 1966 and also required a rod brake bicycle royal Enfield and I think they're quite rare anyway regards from your Cornish fan

It's a nice bike and rides really nicely :) nice on getting the BSA twenty and the RSW, I love twenties and RSW's. The rod brake Roayl Enfield sounds interesting, I have a rod brake Raleigh which is yet to be revealed on here :) thank you for your comment :)
