If you build it they will come. Attitude is a big deciding factor where I’ll take my scrap. I don’t want to be treated like an asshole or talked down too like they usually do at EMR I’ll go to a smaller private yard like yours even if the price is less

Just a thought. If you let guys dump cement and concrete there then order in a crusher for a day you’ll save a ton of money on gravel. A guy I worked for did that and covered his whole lot

You should use old IBC containers to store your non-ferrous in. My old man says we were the first scrap yard in Australia to use them. However, they're good for stacking and loading onto trucks.
