Hi Marlene A quick tip for you when ever you cut jicama fruit place it inside the container with water that way it will hidrate and turn juicy That’s how I do it all the time Even when they are dry I do that and it totally works Hope it helps

I just started peeling and cutting up my fruit before I put it away and I definitely noticed that it gets eaten faster and is more enjoyable, 10/10 recommend, its a super easy and quick way to make sure everything gets eaten in the house!

Love the fridge. A little tip, never keep your milk or items that spoil quickly on the fridge doors. The temperature is not as cold in the doors.😊

New here 😊 gotta support a local Texan 😁 saw the HEB almond milk lol. Love the fridge 😍😍😍 I find that when you cut up fruit and lettuce it ripens quicker and when it’s wet. If you ever go into a grocery story you will notice how it’s packed and stored and they don’t cut it up. It last longer. Also I have vacuum sealed containers too. Avocados can be stored too when they are ripe.

Everything looks great! I bought some dollar store clear plastic containers that I keep frozen berries in. It helps to not have the bulky bags and see how many are left. New subscriber here. I would also love some Mexican recipe videos!!!

Thank you for posting. This is a very realistic way of organizing your refrigerator.I would keep your milk inside the main compartment because of the temp fluctuations that happen as you open/close the door.

I've always wanted to use the egg holders, but I wondered how did people keep up with the dates for the eggs.

I used to wonder the same thing. I personally use the chalk marker to write the date on the bottom of the acrylic bin when I transfer them. We usually go through the eggs fast so I don’t worry too much, but if I ever want to check I can just reference the bottom. Hope that helps ☺️

Do you like this fridge better than the side by side? We just bought a new house and had to leave behind our fridge. The new house has a French door fridge but We need to buy a new one. I’m finding that I don’t love the drawer freezer. It ends up becoming a “junk” drawer and I hate digging through it lol. Wondering if a side by side would be better or if I would not appreciate the narrower fridge. I feel like it’s such a hard decision lol. So many choices at Lowe’s darn it!!

I do! It’s so much easier to keep things organized and see what all you have. We don’t have too many things in the freezer, so the drawers have worked great for a birds eye view of what we have.

I am currently looking for a new fridge.. I have a side by side and can’t decide if I want to change to a French door. Since you have used both I would love to hear your opinion. Are you happy you changed?

100%! I’m feel like it makes it much easier to see the food we have so that it doesn’t go to waste. With little ones I was concerned that they would be pulling on the freezer drawers non stop, but they actually have event touched them compared to our side by side. Only thing I would say is if you have many milk gallons, sodas, or tall items like that, it may be a little harder to figure out a good configuration since you have less vertical space. Oh and as you might have seen in the video, produce drawers are more shallow, just something to keep in mind if you tend to have a lot of that.

I haven’t had any issues with it. It might be a good idea to get the fridge checked out if you notice it’s not sealing properly. You might have gotten a faulty one.
