My assessment: The latest Rotting Christ album is probably the most melodic and catchy album in the band‘s Discography, but still manages to keep the spirit of black metal. Even with increased gothic elements and an epic, atmospheric touch, Rotting Christ manage to build up tension that is maintained throughout the whole album that keeps the listener engaged.

@DesolateSolitude a very fair assessment my friend. There is definitely more of a gothic feel to Pro Xristou than on Rotting Christ's other recent albums. It is a great album though and engages from start to finish, as you say 🤘
