I will be skipping Feixaio this time to hopefully get e1 Lingsha, but i am planning on eventually getting Feixaio on a rerun. A good way to describe Lingsha is a healer who's every move in battle is an attack, can heal and are AOE (except her basic attack, that does not heal is single target, to my knowledge)

I don't think it's all that complicated to understand. Players are more willing to spill money during the flow and impulsive rush of a new patch as opposed to a few weeks into it, especially as those are the days where they reveal new drip which can influence your rolls. Plus, they're clearly trying a new system of choosing who you roll for along with potentially limiting to 1 new 5star not 2
