The colors in the eyeshadow quad remind me a bit of the Singapore eyeshadow quad that NARS did a couple of years back. If you're unfamiliar with it, Rosie Huntington-Whitely did a video on it entitled "Sunset Eye" or something like that. You have become my "go to" for Chanel makeup videos since I do most of my buying online and like to see the colors & formulas in action before buying. Thank you for such great videos! You are a gem!

I am about an NC40 and the eyeshadows show up on my skin tone. The medium matte peach showed up just fine with a blending brush. The lighter matte peach went on nearly opaque using the applicator. It looked so beautiful. I applied the sparkly pinky-peach on the inner corner and it is subtle but sooo dreamy and beautiful. The maroon-brown color I blended on my upper and lower lash line, and it was perfection. I LOVE this eyeshadow palette. I managed to snag Halo and it’s so pretty and glossy on the lips. It doesn’t last long at all though. I got the pastel peach nail polish and it pulls orangey-yellow against my skin tone, and looked like I had fungal infection of the nails. I am going to try a white base first next time.

Even the best makeups can't beat a beautiful long dress. Recently, we're playing with some vivid traditional Korean hanbok dresses and they make women look great without wearing any makeup. I'm not even from Korea. I'm from Hong Kong 😃 but so glad to be able to wear beautiful hanbok dresses

I don't usually comment on any video, and I have seen a lot of reviews on this collection. You are the ONLY one to make the palette work...and the result was STUNNING! I think this palette is pretty...but not for me. And not for all skin tones. I think the other problem is most people don't know how to figure it out. You did a beautiful job! Do you think the Rouge Coco Flash in Halo can be a topper for other lipsticks? I like it for that purpose ......not sure as just a regular lipstick. Thank you for the demo!

Thank you so much Holli! This makeup collection (Le Blanc) is usually more popular in Asia so I think the colors lean towards a lighter skin tone. The Halo flash can definitely be used on top of a lipstick. It adds shine! xx

I bought the highlighter and the rouge coco flash in Halo immediately when they were on the website. The lipstick was my $1 priority and I’m so glad I got it because it was sold out ?as of yesterday.! Last year i never got a backup in the equivalent shade in Douceur (which is more milky and pinky) and I’ve been regretting it ever since. I love these types of shades!

I like the colors of the eyeshadow palette very much. They look very nice on you. The colors of the nail polish and the lipsticks for spring I like too. I only have a red nails polish, coquelicot 717, from chanel and an undercoat, no pastels. The idea of the stylo lumiere regard pen I like as well. The camelia highlighter is very pretty.

I loved the nail polish so much that I just painted my nails with a similar shade, after 2 months of bare nails. I think that it is a bit transparent because of the jelly nails trend.

I’m not a fan of the quad, you created a great look. Those topper sticks is a good idea but poor execution on Chanel. I love the coral lip, the inks are one of my favorite lip products. Great review as always Erin 💕

Hey🙂 I've heard many people say that the quad is prettier in person! Yes it's a soft look but so appropriate for Spring😍 The color story reminds me a bit of the Natasha Denona mini biba. Anyway I personally think this would look very pretty on a fair to light/medium skin tone, and even darker ones! Those who didn't like it I guess are the ones that want SUPER pigmented punch at first swipe 😄

Great review! How the heck do I use the pen eclat? Glad I did not order both! It dissolved my foundation on my cheek. I am so disappointed. I used it on the coral lip ink, and that worked. Can you figure out anything else? I think maybe we should give it to Jazzy. She can chew it! Haha! 🐩🐩🐩

lol Jazzy would love that! So the next day, I attempted the same look but instead of applying directly to my eye lid I lightly patty it on with my fingers and it worked so much better. You almost have to rub it around for a minute to let it dry down just a little and then dab. I also mixed it into my concealer and it worked really well! xx
