@XT300 Motopsychoz Meter 350 is the most comfortable bike overall. I have done around 300km on Meteor 350 both as the rider and pillion and I can say that it's an awesome bike.

Being a Mechanical engineer and a designer in automotive field, I have following observations. I was looking for a family bike for city rides mostly with a flat (horizontal seat), circular headlamp and retro-like + premium design (not like 100-150cc bikes). After exploring lot of bikes, I finalized three options to compare. 1. Honda H'ness 350 CC 2. Royal Enfield Hunter Rebel 350 CC 3. TVS Ronin 225 CC I test drove all 3 vehicles 2-3 times and following are my observations, 1. Honda H'ness 350 CC - *Pros* - Nice retro/classic look, Low end torque is good, Seating space for pillion rider is more than other two vehicles. *Cons* - Bulkier (Box size), Paint quality, Higher cost as compared to other two vehicles 2. Royal Enfield Hunter Rebel 350 CC - *Pros* - Beautiful Design/Styling/Look, Great color schemes, Turning radius is smaller than Ronin (Less space to turn the vehicle), Reasonable cost. *Cons* - The biggest issue (design flaw) is positioning of foot rest (pegs), just below the sitting position. This makes it difficult to keep your feet on ground while you are at signal or in slow moving traffic. Foot rest (pegs) keep touching your legs and is very uncomfortable. Another point is that seat on rear end tapers downward and seating space for pillion rider being less, pillion rider tend to move back and when you accelerate, pillion may feel like toppling/falling down at back side. So this is not safe and hence, back rest is MUST. Handle bar positioned in such a way that you need to keep your hands stretched straight all the times which is not a comfortable sitting posture. Low end torque/performance (2 & 3 gear) is sluggish due to bigger engine. (Not as good as smaller capacity bikes) 3. TVS Ronin 225 CC - *Pros* - Semi-retro look with circular headlamp, Driveability and Performance is superb. Handle bar position is very good for comfortable sitting posture with hands slightly bent in elbows. Very easy to handle in traffic. *Cons* - Very bad design/aesthetics of fuel tank (some odd shape), Color schemes are odd (not impressive), Turning radius is higher than Hunter (Needs larger space to turn the vehicle). Cost is on higher side for lower CC as compared to Hunter (mainly due to features). Overall, none of them is meeting my requirements (as mentioned above) and hence, I decided to wait for Kawasaki W175 or Yamaha XSR or Improved version of Royal Enfield Hunter. All the best! Seeing all its +ve and -ve, I would say skip this bike. Rather buy a Honda CB350. I covered the whole south India on it recently (15000 Km in 3 months )and can say that Honda is class apart in terms of performance, reliability, off roading, top speed, and I was riding at 120kmph most of the time, with zero vibrations. ❤️

I guess power to weight ratio will be better for this bike because of weight reduction. It will also benefit pick up, average and top speed.....but if seat height is 800mm, short riders will prefer TVS Ronnin which is 160kg

I'm not a Royal Enfield hater. Because, Royal Enfield is not just a name, it's an emotion for all Bikers. But this time, Royal Enfield launched an "Unfinished Product" 1) Fuel tank ke samne ek big gap hai, jaha se front chassis ka ek big portion dikh raha hai, 2) Wiring bhi thik tarha se hide nahi kiya hai, 3) Wohi purani halogen headlight. Aur is bar toh koyi LED DRL bhi nahi diya, 4) Front Mudguard plastic ka de diya, 5) Rear shock absorber ke upar koyi cover nahi hai, atleast isko body fairing ke under de dete toh itna unfinished nahi lagta. "Royal Enfield" always known for their Quality and well Finished product. But this time, to compete with other two wheeler companies they Launched an Unfinished Product.
