I put some shrink wrap on the bare metal just to give my fingers some extra grip and cushion. They're a good investment if you're in for the long haul!

I’ve used chisels like this as pseudo-punches when working on my rifles. They’re so versatile.

The handles make sense for people with larger hands.

I've been told that BMC is the best. But buy SAB if you can't afford the BMCs. I've been doing fine with the Madworks chisels but they break really easily if they roll off the table.
@somechinesedude5466 Жыл бұрын
What mm you broke?
@ItsAGunpla Жыл бұрын
I like sab more than BMC actually, Mad Works also pretty good I love their handles. I gave away a set to a kid in a 3rd world country.

@@somechinesedude5466 I've broken 3 so far. Two .02 and a .015 Everytime I break one, I buy 2 more to replace them lol.

@@jasoncombs3232 my tip would be For BMC & SAB, keep the rubber guard part from the original packaging as "guard" NEVER place your BMC & SAB on place where shaking is common & you constantly rummage NEVER put your strength on 0.1mm or 0.3mm, let them glide & slide, repeat until they leave a groove NEVER push forward if the blade stuck, slowly pull it out & check if there is chipping on the blade

I don't use handle on BMC & SAB BMC is still better than SAB, but chisel is chisel, work with the best you can get, wait for BMC to be available in whatever region And BMC is only REAL good on 0.1 - 0.15mm range Anything above, you can use SAB, madworks, DSPIAE & god knows, won't be too much difference in comfort

hello and thank you for your videos! I make Gundam, Star Wars, cars! If you had to choose 3 or 4 "sab" sizes, which ones would you recommend, please? thank you very much for your response and see you soon.
