About computer/robot supremacy: As a software developer, today I performed a task in 1 hour that would have taken at least 8 hours. Using ChatGPT. I have three questions: 1. What's the short term impact of instant 800% productivity boost on the society 2. That's only this isolated AI impact on software engineering at this moment: What will be the productivity boost in general in 5 years 3. Most politicians are just buffers for power and don't have the disciplined capacity to be sincerely or wholey aware of their actions beyond their specialized, superficial roles and positions. We all know how democracy has been bought and paid for by big corporations. There are two ends of the spectrum of my minds eye and everything in between is being oriented to one or the as far as I'm concerned. At one end..the newborn human beings all around the world. At the other end.. the technocrats and invested owners of big corp and banking (ppl like George Soros, Larry fink, Bill Gates). What is "productivity"? Where does it come from and for what end does it serve? I really wish more people would question these things and be upfront with eachother. I could never be a cop because even though I wish to protect and serve, my human principals would get corrupted and my ego would rule my conscience. I could never be a powerful businessman because I would detest many of the means by which I would have to get there. I could never be a politician because policies hide the real issues. I could never be a investor because I don't deserve credit for a credit system I know is fake.
