New Shocking Details of Pregnant Woman’s Alleged Murder by Ex-Cop

A former police detective allegedly strangled a pregnant woman to prevent her from blowing the cover on their alleged relationship. Matthew Farwell is accused of grooming Sandra Birchmore when she was underage while she participated in his department’s Explorers program. Birchmore was found dead in her Canton apartment in February 2021. Her death was originally ruled as self-inflicted until investigators discovered evidence allegedly linking Farwell to the killing. More important that we teach children the signs to look for when they are potentially being groomed and why consent laws for minors is there to protect them as they are psychologically immature compared to adults. They want to be able to make safe, informed participation in the things that matter to them otherwise they will regret it! Predators prey on the weak and vulnerable like a lion does. It's harder for the lion to capture a strong one.

Is it just me, or do these sort of creeps in a uniform all seem to look physically similar? Possibly just me as this creep looks like and has a similar smarmy expression as my former commanding first responder officer who didn't take no as the answer. The involvement of other officers and the higher ups knowing and choosing to do nothing is absolutely not surprising to me. Police officers as predators - unsurprising. Police don't see their victims as victims nor even as actual real people. It's a "she's just going to be a slut anyway. why wait?" type of mentality. Predators go to where the prey is.

I worked at Yaamava Casino in highland some of the “officers” there also sought young young girls. Girls walking through the doors that had just turned 21 got them all excited. Keep in mind these men are in their late 30s and 40s. One in specific asked a girl if she could meet him after work. If she was 18 or slightly younger I’m sure it would have been the same approach. To make matters worse he’s a miserable bipolar cop now for LA county.
