Ok the gimbal roll is simply genius. So is 360 FPV. I agree that that's huge going forward. You already have cameras on board so why not make use of them? Amazing features from the skydio team.

Does anyone have some recommended export settings for Skydio video. I notice that the compression when posting on Instagram can cause some jumpy footage that just doesn’t resolve as nice as the DJI footage.

Billy, please suggest to Skydio to allow for multiple keyframe flights, like Litchi. I fly around a construction site and use the same keyframe to show the weekly progress in construction. If I fly another construction site I have to make a new keyfram flight. Constantly changing keyframe flights does not allow for good progression of flights. Thank you.

Just got off chat with support for the same issue. You need latest phone app pushed but it's not available for all devices yet it seems. Should be out by Jan 17 at latest according to Vince at Skydio.

Never seen or used that key frame feature. That’s pretty cool, but not cool enough for me to pull the trigger on that drone. That’s a cool feature if you don’t have any FPV quads. It’s also pretty convenient. Kind of like way points, but it puts it into a clip as if it was a one pass with a Cinewhoop. And that gimbal roll. Very cool.

Late update. DaVinci Resolve 18.5 now allows USD import from Blender - with the Spherical Panorama shot as a background - It gives me access to creating new 3D animations and content. This is very useful capability - Having a Drone able to create them is creating some mind blowing possibilities.

my biggist peave with skydio is they make you pay for that zoom feature when it should be given to us with the price tag we pay for that drone,don't get me wrong...i love my skydio 2 plus but it really should include the zoom featurewithout having to pay an extra yearly fee

That's what made me choose the DJI Mini 3 Pro with RC Controller. I'm not a phone junkie and was uncomfortable with the thought of buying a phone or tablet equal to the cost of the drone. Should I win this drawing, I could justify the cost of a dedicated mobile device. Still intrigued by the 2+ but can't justify purchasing one just yet .

@@leadsled213 It was actually between the Mini 3 Pro and Skydio 2+. I ended up with the latter because every 2 years, I tend to get a little lax and lose my DJI into trees. Plus I love the follow and key point features of the Skydio - unmatched with anything DJI has. Best thing is to have both but Skydio alone is good enough for me.
