Just a mention of the organic part as it may be a struggle for some... If the U.S. population were to increase fruit and vegetable consumption by a single serving a day, an estimated 40,000 cancer cases might be avoided each year, and because the model was using conventional fruits and veggies the pesticide residues on those extra fruits and vegetables might result in 20 additional cancer cases. -Food Chem Toxicology

I used to have an appetite that was never satisfied; whole foods cured it. I no longer use a sleep apnea machine. Many vegetables like spinach have lots of oxalate in. Which causes kidney stones. We are naturally frugavoures ie fruit nuts n seeds. This diet also helps you raise your frequency to connect with your spiritual gifts.
@ceeemm190126 күн бұрын
First, try this new thing called "chewing". Fibre binds to water to create an easy going turd. Second the major cause shown by nutritional biochemistry (and not by YT keto/carny influencers) is that the byproducts of animal protein is more negatively significant than plant oxalates. BTW, people going into hospital with kidney disease are NOT people who eat too much spinach, chard or beetroot leaves etc. These people probably wouldn't know what they are since they're not on the KFC or McDonalds menu.
@catherinehoy554826 күн бұрын
For most people, oxalates are not a problem because the gut breaks them down and uses them for energy. Drinking enough water can help dilute urine and prevent oxalates from building up in the kidneys. FACTS -- Her high quality and inherited GENETICS matter. Fruit juice is bad Much better than juice is putting the fruits and blending them and drinking them as a smoothie BECAUSE you do not strip the fiber or the other content of the fruits which are the real gems ; the gem is NOT the juice stripped from the rest of the fruit. Whole food, clean carbs (free of processed sugar , free of processed oils, and free of salts) will not , cannot , make you fat , again, by themselves. You would have to eat an insane amount of, which your body will hardly be able to fit given their volume or density, and you must be in addition to eating so much of them, you would have to be completely sedentary in order to be able to get fat from those. Practically not realistic I eat 4-6 times a day, heavy amount of carbs or starches (clean as I mentioned above) , along with fruits and vegetables and spices... It is very hard for me to put on weight unless I add processed oils in my food (pure fat ).
