Menopause, bullying, unhappy married life and raising kids are some of the culprits to ageing. I always looked youthful, however once I hit menopause ( late 40s) it went downhill from there. I also live with a narcissistic husband which escalates the ageing process. No natural remedies or $600+ skincare can defy gravity, hence the very rich resort to plastic surgery. What we need in society is to accept ageing as a natural part of our lives. We’ve all being young youthful and glowing at one stage of our lives however despite diet skincare and exercise, it doesn’t last forever. You’ll never look 25 when you’re 70. The naivety of people who believed that the accumulation of a foreign substance in your body has no consequences is the real shocker to me. I mean sure, cancer is drastic, but it was always foreseeable that fillers have at least some consequences. Just like breast implants. Whenever you add foreign substances to the body, something not so great is gonna happen either gradually or instantly down the line. Our body rejects what is not naturally theirs. Sculptra is a biostimulator and NOT a filler in the way most people think of fillers. Once the poly-L-lactic acid particles dissolve (same as dissolvable sutures) you are left with your own collagen.
