Dr sab mera bhi yahi masla tha ka medication ka bawojood B.P. cotrl nahi ho raha tha kafi research ka baad mein es nateejay per pohchi ka depression aur anxiety ki waja sa bhi BP.control nahi hota. Depression aur anxiety ki medicine lenay sa BP. Ki medicine na bhi kaam kerna short ker diya. Esliya bataya ka shaied kisi aur ka bhi bhala ho jaye

Sir excellent vlog. Doctor sir in mein say kuch medicines aasi bhi hein jo Cal Channel block ya arteries ko relax karnay ki bajayee ya elewa heart k amplitude ko bhi kam kar deti hein.....i mean the pressure with with the heart pumps the blood so are they safe???

Is the high carb diet not responsible for hypertension ? By managing diet we can treat this easily so LCHF / Keto diet is very effective I tried this during pregnancy and found very positive results as in pergnant ladies doctors have very restricted options of medicines 😊😮
