I think that because this engine was allocated at old oak common for most of it's life and As far As I know Old Oak Common was the closest shed allocation on the western reagion to Paddington. Also, it is highly unlikely that duck has a push-pull System, because a station Pilot doesn't need one, since it only shunts in the yard, also like I said the first 50 members didn't that System at all. I hope this helps with your research with Duck.

-Emily: Like Bloomer, I’ve thought about her being in the Hatt Preservation Collection taking excursion trains -Spencer: I’ve actually thought about him being Silver Link and where the Duke and Duchess of Boxford would actually be a preservationist couple that would take him in and rename him Spencer after Bert Spencer -Stephen: I’ve been trying to decide if he should be the actual Rocket or a replica on Sodor -The Coffee Pots: I figured Theo would work as #1 due to looking like him, Glynn as actually the #2 one due to looking like him more, Flora as actually the #3 being an enclosed tram design, and also Scruff as the #4 since it would also likely be a boxy enclosed tram design and how they all spewed dirty water like how Scruff does dirty garbage work in the show -Lady: The W&S #3 since when looking at it’s basis as a tender engine with the tanks, it kind of looks like her
