so im new to this still. is it still a gamble when you buy the jewel with the numbers needed for what you want? I spent 4 div earlier hoping for increased rarity of items and didnt get it. im so lost lol..

This is the reason why many hate POE ! They keep adding complicated stuff. You cant understand what is going on and you have to relate on guides and more guides and more guides taking you away of actually playing the game and have a flow in game itself.

As someone who is barely able to wrap their heads around the concept of timeless jewels and what purpose they serve in the game design philosophy of PoE, I think it would make sense to let it go for a league to see what the impact of this has on the game before making a decision. I understand the issue of market manipulation getting even worse than it currently is, but I really need to see an explanation as to why the fuck would you incorporate a mystery piece of gear into your game. Just baffling. But I am a noob and barely understand much of the game as it is already.

How do we search for these things on trade?? And the seed I've got the tool will not allow me to select at all. I'm trying to use the jewel socket near acrobatics but there is no acrobatics in the location selection.

Had to spend a couple ex on one, but scooped up 10% chance for DD and 10% phys as extra fire jewel for Vulconus BV using the new tool

I would love for someone to come out with a tool that you can input a seed, and have it spit out all the seeds closest to that one. So you can find an alternative easier.

i just fumble around google find how to identify timeless jewel because after divine change i sure as hell don't want to reroll timeless jewel and this is helping a lot. maybe im stupid but it's a lot on the screen and im not notice there is a tools tab in poedb....

Awesome upload. I'm rolling a dex stacking siege ballista build and don't want to waste divines so I can spam and hope to get the most 5% dex. Last I went strength stacking I used 100 divines to get 15% strength and +20 strength.

I bought in bulk glorious vanity for 1ex (1 stash) and got 3 of the wither on hit on Dex/int nodes near the Templar/marauder node. One of them also had chaos damage on the other attribute node, so I got chaos damage with wither and another chaos damage for 2 points, and I had 3 good small notable, really good notable, inc life, inc aura effect, and such. That was lucky. :-D my bro bought a single random brutal restraint and it gave him +40 dex and 20% Dex. He got really lucky.

cluster jewels are the most annoying and unfriendly thing GGG has put out so far. The fact that you can spend hundreds to many divs on one jewel and not know how it'll affect your build is ridiculous. I am glad for these new tools that has come out, but before, it was really a shot in the dark. things like this is a major gripe of mine about GGG - and even though i can understand their reasonings to do so, its a little too much.
