hot take but diesels are over-hyped garbage. unless you are hauling heavy for your job they arent worth it. repairs and operating costs are ridiculously higher than gas engines, meaning most people who own them can barely afford to run them and barely maintain them. my 2002 silverado 2500HD with a 6.0 gas just turned over 293k Miles (471437km) on the original engine and trans and still going strong

@omgbbqcia911 That's definitely a fair take, i really liked my 6.0 a lot. But I got a 7- ton dump trailer for my business and have to pull big round bail wagons for my family farm, so that's why I switched so i could pull more weight. I was spending much less on deisal than I was on gas for my 6.0, so I liked that alot as I have a 1hr round trip if I have to go to a store.
