There are many others shooting footage of the volcano, but they don't have a clue on the need to "hold the shot" and let the viewer see the action clearly. I heard yesterday that this is actually a new fissure, not just a drain on the cone. Don't know how exactly they qualify that but I figure it has to do with how direct the feed from underground magma is

What you can now see very clearly again, from a distance you just can't, is that there are new openings just outside the volcanic crater. The crater is now also leaking lava, there is more or less a continuous flow of lava that will not stop either, that much is clear now. This volcano continues to amaze us and will continue to do so in the coming months and years. If we keep getting images like this, I won't have to watch television, kudos for the shot taken!

nice footage, appreciate it a lot to get amazed, very stylish, very good observation. very touching. at min 3:00 a fire snake and a fire scorpio :)) at min 6:20 it gets clear that it is a leakage, not a vent. At that period the level in the crater is low, so less pressure, hence less outflow as compared to the high boiling episode at the beginning.
