I can’t recall when I heard it in one of your videos but can you give an example of different plaintiffs with different claims that raise from the same transaction of occurrence but have same question of law or fact even if one is a tort claim and the other is a breach of contract claim? Thanks ❤

I'm a 1L student too, so take with a grain of salt, but say a contract was breached by defendant assaulting the plaintiff. This would definitely fall within the same transaction or occurrence.
