They are amazing I bought mine 3 weeks ago! I love being able to get 50mpg on the motorway and then hooning it down back roads when you get bored 😀 The way it hooks you into the corners under acceleration is fantastic! Unfortunately I don't have heated seats which I'm regretting in December 😂 I'd like to fiddle with the exhaust abit tho for some more character.

you should try to use the automatic transmission in all modes to better see how it works in all uses, you should be in eco, then comfort, then sport and then in sequential mode with the paddles on the steering wheel

35 thousand for a polo is a huge amount. That's why this Europe companies closing facilities and firing workers. You can get a 200 hp byd dolphin electric car with 6 seconds 100km for 20.000 Euros.

It does a maximum of 160, takes 7.3 seconds to get to 100 (that's even what it says on the BYD website) and costs a base price of 30,980 euros - including e-subsidies. It might cost your made-up 20K in China, but that's no use to us here... So suddenly the (yes, too expensive) Polo seems good value again. (242 km/h, 6,4 sec, 570km). And no, European companies are closing down mainly because of customers like you - those who support totalitarian China instead of buying domestic products and brands.

@@air911cooled The byd dolphin here in Greece cost 20.000 euros with subsidy. I am not gonna argue with you, I know the byd is a Chinese car and the polo is a German quality car, but people doesn't have so much money to spend 35,000 euros for a small Polo.

Bc VW relies on long term durability unlike sh*t Ford fiesta with 1.5 L 3 cylinder 200hp😂 or ford with 1.0L 3 cylinder 170hp.. And 2L 200hp doesnt mean more fuel consumption you are stuck in the 90s 🤣 this one has decent fuel consumption for a full Petrol car

Yeah they could of definitely done more than 207 but then the golf would hold less appea. I mean ive seen stage 1 dynos take it to 250 hp which seems more appealing, add a custom exhaust and new air intake your looking at 260 in a little car. Stage 2 290 with minimal aftermarket parts.
