Although Ray is a good guy, we need someone like Andrea to be more assertive in reversing the damage caused by those pet projects. By undoing these pet projects, such as reinstating the 2,000 parking spaces that were removed over the past two years, the council can regain 8 million dollars in stable annual income. Additionally, the business ecosystem surrounding these projects can slowly recover.
