I can see your reasoning behind what you do, get in and get out, but there is lost money on a job like this. Yes it might take longer to use a push mower and catch the longer grass, but what you gain is their trust in you to come back again (not saying they won’t) Where I’m from I do so many clean up jobs where I charge for what I do, but these customers get me back to then do the fast mow at my normal price. The thing you could look at is offer them two prices. One to do the complete clean up of the job and the other to rush in and out. No lost money. Most my time they want to spend the extra money for the complete clean up even though it doesn’t really take that much longer in the big scheme of things. Otherwise bloody mint!

I've been doing landscaping for the last 10 years in Florida & he's right about the grass clippings. The only thing is if the grass clippings are too thick they will kill the grass under them, especially with peak summer heat. I would suggest a mulch kit on your mower. I have them on all 3 of my zero turns & they help big time. A mulch kit only runs a few hundred dollars

I highly suggest you look up 'grassflap' and buy one. It's an absolute game changer for a stand on mower. You'll be able to mow tighter areas without worrying about breaking a window or painting cars and sides of houses with wet grass. I know at first glance they can look pricey. But the way i justified it was.. "would i rather put the money into a cool gadget?" or "would i prefer to pay for someones shattered window at some point or another?" You can have it completely open or closed and even feather the flap so you only let out a little bit of grass in the times where you would otherwise end up with clumping. Trust me, you wont regret it.

You do amazing work may God continue to bless you you’re company and family. People that have nothing better to do will always try and put hardworking as yourself down what matters is how the customer paying feels about the job been done. I’ve been in the lawn business since 06 don’t have my own company as of yet but I love this videos I learn so much more and I appreciate your hard work. God bless from Illinois.

I do the same thing, I have a 34 inch zero turn and the yard isn’t big, but I will use it so I can cut it in 20 minutes and not 45. Keep in doing good!!

Yea. I felt like this whole video was complaining about haters. You’re giving them too much attention. You make great content. I don’t wanna watch it if it’s just negative text throughout the whole vid. Just my .02 cents. Keep up the good work

@@CopperCreekCuts A few videos like this are fun. It's fine with me as long as it doesn't become the standard.

So basically you are all complaining about Brad complaining about people complaining about Brad. And I thought the talking lawnmower was weird...
@TheBomberman1223 жыл бұрын
@@pecheur1951 well its like they said, if you feed the trolls they're getting exactly what they want so what's the point? It's not like they're going to see the comments and suddenly change their minds.

as a guy who lives in florida, i went from 3 acres to a HOA sized yard, and even on the 3 acres or in the HOA house, i cut the same exact way as you do, the same process and techniques as well. great minds think alike my friend :)

3rd comment (sorry, I can't help myself): I kid you not - - my first thought when seeing that strip of grass that you edged away made me think, gee whiz, that could be used to patch a bare spot somewhere in the lawn! ...and then the caption up "Brad's sod farm"! My zoysia ("inherited" it when I bought my house) is j-u-s-t starting to show a tad bit of yellowing from my aerial view (my upstairs windows), in that we have had a few nights around 39°. I know. #whocares 🎃 =^..^=

Yes I read all the captions! The amount of thought and work you put in your videos aside from the main job your already doing! Truly applaud you for being you! Amazing work!!

You don't need to prove anything to us. You're the one going out there and making that green and recording it, not us. You do what you do.

You are the bomb buddy. Grew up in Florida and I had 3 acres with 2 houses and an outbuilding. In summer it took forever and I had to do it every week. I wish I’d had that rider mower.
