And you are so right, if someone comes into your program, any program, thinking they know it all, then they will miss the opportunity to learn more. I love learning and discovering new ways to perform old tasks. I would love to know more about how to manage your to-do list!! Everyone has a to-do list and if they are like most of us....we carry a lot of to-dos into the next day, week, months!! The list becomes endless. But back to the journal....I love the look and feel of the journal. 2023 was the year that I self isolated myself/stayed in my room for this whole entire year, self discovery, learning and watching your videos, learning about my Starseed origin, learning about my numerology and astrology charts, being kind of lazy, complaining, self doubting, being too hard on myself and judging and making hurtful comments to my family and their partners/husband. I keep on choosing to repeat everything over and over again, no wonder why I am not moving forward in my life, not taking any actions.

I still have no idea what I want to in my life. All I do is mainly sit in my room all day scrolling through my phone, watching KZbin videos, and doing my daily routines all day long/every single thing.

2023 was the year that I lost both my grandpa and my grandma, it was the year when I changed my academic major to something I am more comfortable with, and it was the year when I started taking my learning for the Chinese language more seriously(btw if anyone interested in learning Chinese let's study together), it was the year when I started realizing myself more, it was the year when I moved to a city that I have never planned I will come to. I learned in 2023 that we can lose anyone anytime, and sometimes we won't have a chance to say goodbye, so value people you love more, see them speak to them have time with them, and love them before it is too late.

2023 was the year that I cut old ties and leave room for people who would ‘see’ me. The cut was painful, because I somehow prioritize social connections waaayyy too much🙈. But I’ve learnt a lot more about how my childhood and family had shaped me, and what I would rather cherish. A positive habbit of this year was to remove all the people from my life who degrad me and i considered them as my friends but i learn to leave those toxic friends and got the courage to live my life by myself I m more confident about my self then before I always had a fear to that if my toxic friend leave me i would be very alone lonely but i fight with it I leave them in past and started a very good life and make good friends that make me comfortable and learn that my bf is always there for me no matter how hard things go between us

I'm proud to consider 2023 as my best year so far, it feels like everything has been going right and I've managed all that I desire I love your guided meditations Aileen I've been meditating consistently every morning I've spent so much quality time with my friends and family, I went on a European trip this summer and visited 10 countries but I feel like my theme for 2024 will be health and connection deeply with my inner self and intuition because my health hasn't been at it's absolute best I'm actually not feeling really well right now but it's not all my fault I'm going all that is in my power to protect myself I guess my immune system is not really strong but it's a thing that I'm definitely going to do my best to improve in the new year
