Hi Renee I really missed watching your videos but I'm glad to be doing this again. Happy New Year and please stay safe. Let's work to make 2021 a better year than 2020 was. It will be a new year once I'm finished typing this comment. I really like how well prepared you are. I really have to work on my gratitude so a gratitude journal is really good. I've done journaling before but not as much as I should. It takes a lot of dedication to do it but I'm confident that it will happen. The first thing I did after I got home tonight is a beautiful guided meditation so this is a great start. Sending you a big hug! You know how much I adore you!!
