Hey Zoe, just a suggestion for you! A young man named Rudy Ohalloran has created ROCUP, a run club that now meets weekly. The original run club started in Birmingham City Centre. Since then, he has collaborated with Gymshark, hosted several events, and now runs a regular club in London too! His story and background are truly inspiring, and his mission is to help others and make running inclusive for everyone. Although he doesn’t have a big online following yet, the turnout for his runs is consistent and continually growing. With your platform, you could make a real difference! It could even be ROC UP with the RAES.

I get really dizzy when getting off the treadmill after a run. I do a 5 min warm down at walking speed but it’s as soon as i step off the treadmill I fill dizzy/ faint. Do you have any advice/ tips on how to avoid this?

The 20 min parking space is normally done using cameras- a camera clocks what time you enter and leave the car park

Not if it’s just street parking tho, but a parking person could walk past 2 mins after you leave Zoe and then back 25 mins later and if you’re still there then you get a ticket
