I like the jacket that you bought, but I really loved the white/cream one you tried on. It absolutely suited your skin tone and the outfit you were wearing. It's not a colour for everyone. I love watching the races but sometimes you mention stuff like Elite level which is a bit confusing to google so would be nice to know what it means for you both specifically xx

Hey zoe, first of all… I really enjoy your blogs. You’re incredibly authentic and genuine. I feel i get a lovely sense of the kind of person you are.. I noticed that i think you’re often so tough on your lovely self when you feel you’re not being productive, i can see it really throws you off. I want to say i don’t think you’re silly or stupid, and it know it doesn’t feel small to you- no doubt quite the the opposite. I wanted to make a suggestion… It really is fine to just do nothing, but if that causes you stress (well there’s no point doing that) However i think finding a way of “doing nothing” whilst still feeling productive is a good compromise. Because you do deserve and are worthy to just sit. Maybe find some low energy tasks or fun activities that you could do on days like that (maybe a low energy jar) Or get your biggest fan (hubby) to write a few and pop them in. So when you have a couple of days where you’re struggling… You can pull out the “getting in the swing it off it” jar and find an activity that is lower energy, but will still keep you from feeling those overwhelming feeling. Anyway that’s my unsolicited advice 😃 I hope i haven’t upset or offended (if you even see this) Either way, take care zoe and please be kind to yourself, you’re a lovely human x

Love the vlog excepr the jacket part...down is usually processed in such a cruel way 😰😭😭😭 plucking painfully from live geese over and over for years and often kept in horrible conditions...just for us to have a warm/stylish jacket. It's so sad and I wish you hadn't promoted it as I'm sure people will now go out looking for a down jacket because of your video. I know you wouldn't have known as I'm sure you wouldn't have promoted it if you did...we all have to do what we can to make the world a better place. Maybe where you got it from has high ethical standards but we really have to check these things out so we aren't adding to the problem. Just makes me so sad to think of the cruelty that probably took place to make your jacket 😢
