I started watching on my phone but that did not work out so well. Is the Flatiron building still for sale or auction? I hope someone gets it and will restore it and not demolish it. Love this video. Thank you.

Thanks for watching Donna! The Flatiron saga seems to be coming to a conclusion. After the first auction failed, a second one was held. The winning bidders have plans to convert most of the building into private residences. Another reason to find a winning lotto ticket!

Really is a shame how that new building is blocking the iconic view of the Empire State Building from the Flatiron Building. Anyway, have to chuckle about how people are in their own little world when they're talking on their phone whenever I watch walking videos, lol. They don't realize how loud they are. Thanks for the great video. Also, hope you don't mind me asking, but do you spell your name Sean or Shawn? Always hear Dutch and Gabe call you by your name, and want to get it right if I use your name in a comment on one of your videos.
