The only city I can think of that might have some 18st presence in norcal is lodi and they just say they're surenos. Cities like stockton oakland scarmento don't have 18st like that. In socal 18st is probably most hated but I doubt they are in places like the Dino or daygo so that just makes them most hated in LA.
