For people who’s first language isn’t English, it can be harder to understand English accents that aren’t traditionally British, American or Australian (basically accents that you don’t hear very often), so I think that’s why there are subtitles

oh yeah I could understand him perfectly too (my first language is Dutch but I speak fluent English) but idk that's the first thing that came to mind. Maybe some people couldn't understand what he said idk. My friend ate at his restaurant and said it was very good and that he was very nice!

Excellent place. Nice guy. Was there once or twice. Not many places in NYC have super good Persian food. Frankly the next best I have had has been in Ridgewood NJ at Pardis as well as in Morristown.

I went to school to become a pastry chef. The last break before I was to finish my course load a friend got me a job washing dishes at the nightclub he worked at. It was going to be just 3 weeks until they could get a full time replacement. A week after I started working there I had my interview with the boss. He asked me how I liked it, then he said I was doing a good job. And finally he asked did I want to make it perminent, I said yeas and worked there for 2 and a half years until I got sick with MS. That was the best job ever for me. T here is just something so good about having a job where you get feedback right away. If you screwed up you were told in less then 5 minutes and if you did great the people would come to the window and tell you and thank you. It is amazing and I miss it everyday For me it also had the same feeling he said about bringing people together!
