The South Island is a very special place especially the glaciers, keep recording whilst you’re out there Will, as you say they might not be around, I was amazed ten years ago we visited Tasman Lake which twenty years before that didn’t exist and that’s all that’s left of that glacier, makes me so sad but that’s why your images are so powerful as moments in time.

I wish we knew more about mental illness and could do more to help people. Such a beautiful and touching video. Thank you for your thoughtful words and images. Nature is so beautiful that I’m afraid I’ll never live enough to take it all in. Photography, done well, really forces a person to be in the moment and that can be wonderfully invigorating and powerful.

It’s incredibly complex and varies for each person. I know the things that have assisted me, may not for someone else. It’s frustrating watching from the sidelines and a living nightmare having to endure it and live with an illness no one else can see. I’m beyond thankful for the direction my life has shifted in and where I’m at now but I truly wish I could help others more. Thank you Linda.

William, I fully understand going out into the forest and looking at beauty that is in the forest. It’s sad to say that one day this beauty that we capture with photos may be gone one day, just like the glaciers. William, keep expressing yourself and showing the world your art work. God bless stay safe!

Well, that's deep, emotional and so true at the same time. Won't say much here just this: you're one lucky man, having such an environment and variety of landscapes around you :). I’ve been looking forward to seeing Liam and your collaboration, and it did not disappoint. Superbly shot and with wonderful direction, but it was your honesty and vulnerability that spoke to me the most Will. I’ve just returned tonight from a quick rainforest shoot in one of our stunning Tasmanian Myrtle forests and after a very difficult week, it helped to sooth my soul and allowed me a chance to reflect and just absorb the beauty of nature. My mental health will always ebb and flow but the solution will always be to disappear into the landscape and photograph the inspiring. Thank you for sharing, mate and for being an inspiration.
