Just the right amount of decorations- so many home tours have way too much stuff in the home and everything looks brand new- almost like you're inside of a store instead of a home. Yours looks great and not overdone- simple and elegant! Keep it up!

Every one a winner from your front room to the dining room to the kitchen and butler's pantry to the tavern and your master bedroom. I would never leave the house if I were you. I have been anxiously awaiting your Christmas house tour and was certainly not disappointed! Your home is soooo beautiful! If I could pick just one house to emulate, it would be yours. I live vicariously through Christmas these years for many reasons. However, in my younger, more spry years, I did make ornaments, bake, and cook. My goal was to make my home look precisely like yours. I never quite achieved the perfection you have, but yours was the look I wanted. I do hope your third-grade teacher watched and saw just how much you valued her gift. If you feel the love, warmth, and Christmas spirit that is projected in your video, then you know you have captured the magic of the season. It was magnificent! I grew up in Connecticut. Have never stopped longing for this. The built ins, wide windowsills, window seat, paint colors, wainscoting, furnishings, and the soapstone countertops. It is is so beautifully decorated. I love the candlelight. Thank you for the tour.

I love the nativity set. I have one that is almost 70 years old and I cherish it. I rearranged it daily as a little child while it's music box played Silent Night. My grandchildren do the same now.
