Question please: At 11.48 why would claim preclusion apply if the parties are not in the same configuration?

Hi! Dave and Denise are actually in the same configuration as they were in the previous suit. I explain it before and after this example. In the previous action between them (the impleader) Dave was the plaintiff (3rd party P) and Denise was the defendant Denise was a third party D. Rewind back a minute or two and watch again that explanation please because it's very important.
