Eeek I caught a video early. I have the medela pump and style had it since my son was born (he will be 8 in a couple days.) I should say someone gave it to me. So should I get rid of it or keep it. Didn’t use it very much since I was breasting mostly.

The Medela PISA (original square one) is open system and should be shared. The updated PISA max flow should be on to try for a next pregnancy but it sounds like this pump is quite old now and been through two users. I’d probably recycle it personally!

Hi, thanks for your content! I feel like I get the most milk out when I leave my pump on the first/faster mode for the entire session, is that bad? I have low supply and pump at least 6 times a day because I’m still breastfeeding too (for a total of 11-12 sessions a day).

No problem! Do what works best for you. I find many pumpers do better with high cycle speeds in general.
