It is surprising how small of quantity of bph , a clear almost tasteless oily liquid that is easily acquired from a lot of different people that deal in narcotics. If Hegseth has used this drug to rape other women, he certainly would have developed an almost invisible technique of putting it in someone else's drink. Like you could wet your finger with some and casually/ accidentally put your wet finger in the other person's drink. Understand that this bph isn't like water, it's more like the consistency of automobile brake fluid and in something like a Manhattan you would never taste it. Like I said it takes very little bph to knock someone out if they have been drinking. Bph is actually considered a class of narcotic similar to heroin and fentynal in that you can die from an overdose quite easily. Did Hegseth do something like that, I wouldn't be surprised. He's probably done it a number of times and usually got away with it.
