[MOST EXPENSIVE VACUUM] Roomba S9 and Braava Jet M6 Mop - Unboxing, and Review - Is It Worth It!?

I bought the Roomba I7+ and Braava M6 mop bundle Black Friday for $799. I love both the i7+ its awesome keeping my whole house dust free and the M6 mopping floors does require you to change pads and add water but does clean even the dirtiest floors...even doggies muddy foot prints.

Thanks for the review. I have an older model and I am looking to upgrade. The section where your wife screams when it’s going towards the stairs was great, I laughed out loud. I remembered doing the EXACT same thing with mine a couple years ago. Lol 😂

Purchased my s9 over a year ago, and it died just out of warranty. It is now a $1700 doorstop, and Roomba offered for us to purchase another one from them (no warranty, no service). Thanks for the quality iRobot !!

i bought this bundle, so far i have had to replace the S9 as it has failed, and I'm looking for a replacement for the m6, as its clear the quality and software quality at irobot is left the building. highly recommend the Samsung Jet Bot AI+ as a better replacement, the S9 is hot garbage. and the m6 spent an hour circling my desk today , and regularly fails its jobs.

In Europe specifically in my country, I just got both of them for 1200€ plus 480€ total price of 1680€ or $1998 which is crazy compared to US ! Still worth the money imo tho

That is a great question! You're correct, both machines need lights to operate correctly. The room can't be too dark.

This is very interesting though you are right, expensive and loud. I bought a way cheaper brand Coredy. It does not have the mop, just the simple vacuum and I have to manually dump the stuff every time it returns to it’s base to charge. The only thing about Coredy is it is not as loud, and it is cheap😁. Thanks for sharing this. I might consider this in the future. Happy New Year!

The Brava is very good, but the vacuum is no good. Mine has not worked ever and IRobot is not rendering me any service because I imported from the US. I have read a lot of reviews and there are many reporting error 31 which is the type of error that has no solution. I Robot should give you a new Robot, but since I do not live in the US, they would not replace mine.

I have the braava jet m6 and it's garbage if you have any type of threshold between rooms; even very short ones. I am in the threshold beta but it's hit or miss some days.

I tried a mapping run with the dry pad on my M6, it sprayed water. Definitely a glitch, since it works in regular cleaning mode.

When I had the issue of mapping, I called iRobot for troubleshoot. Here is something you can try, first take out the battery from the bottom of the M6, leave it out for about a minute, then put it back in. Second, restart the M6 by pressing down the Power button on the top of the machine for over 10 seconds. You should see the machine restarting. Afterward, try remapping again.

NEVER EVER get a robot vacuum without the lidar system and non of irobots have this technology and yet they are selling this for an insanely high price. Do your assignment before getting any robot vacs . Best right now are the Deebot T8 or Roborock . I owned a dumb irobot braava m6 which takes forever to create a map and having a problem finding its docking station.

No it's not. Lidar isn't everything. Plus the self empty on roombas destroys every other brand. And like the other guy said the dual brushes also. And just so you know the s9 is 2200 pa suction and the t8 is only 1500. Plus there is no mopping/vacuuming robot that mops well so the t8 is basically just a vacuum.
