India needs to diversify - invest in heavy manufacturing. Being so heavily dependent on IT and also on another country is ridiculous.

Baniyas pay less salary in manufacturing hence PPL only go for non baniya businesses like IT, healthcare, banks etc

@@sankkham - Upskill and pay raises across all sectors is needed. Dignity of labor should be valued. IT, healthcare, banks are not the only prestigious sectors - have to make other sectors prestigious as well. It's a cultural change that's needed.

This is India here HERD mentality works. If a chunk of people starts working in manufacturing all the rest will follow blindly. Therefore unemployment will still continue in each demanding field. And our population is remarkable. First we should focus on controlling the population inside the country and then limit those who are entering from outside illegally. But this won't happen in our country ever. Because the pockets have to be filled first through the common people through taxation and bribery. Please don't expect anything from this country, please make our own way to sustain yourself. The time to come will be rough. Be prepared

@@rahulnikam9700 lol who? Except wirpro baniyas are nowhere in IT. Even wipro switched to IT. I'm from Mumbai lol. The baniyas have 99% retail and restaurant businesses where they give jobs to bhaiyyas who are always ready to work in less salary for 12+ hrs. Parle, nse etc are only companies they have where they need skilled labour lol. Gujjus have a high drop out rate hence they don't do business in tech and skilled businesses. Although marwari has most IIT-IIM pass out rates. Hence we see marwari work in tech and restaurant businesses.

Everyone thinks unemployment is the biggest problem but no, it's food security. We have lost 85% of or underground water the past 7 decades. Remaining 15% will be lost within 5 to 10 years due to global warming. India has to invent time machine, go back to 1950 introduce one child policy or go back to 1980 and implement no child policy. There is no other way to stop hunger as every country is running short of water. Over population is the mother of all problems

No, main prob is population and more over that they need white collar job more that's why industrilization is there and we loose farmers and land so polulation ultimately reduce and all jobs should equally respected and paid that's needed in updated govt policy

Population was always India' s problem. Early years after independence India adopted a policy to create more jobs ..which led to less technology adoption and less productivity. Unfortunately people are forced to make children and not just that we expect them to find a well paid professional job, when world dont need that many people.

MNCs exploiting Indian work force in their youth on CTC etc giving little bit higher salary without any proper working hours, and when they reach their forties stage managed harassment at workplace compels them to put in resignation papers with just 3 months wages. Where is the labour department? Shame for our rulers.

Indian it industry is service sector most of the project are low level work, or normal one, now with ai either they are doing this in their country, also many new small freelancer intelligent guys doing this work, within few year most of the low level work going to be finished, unless you r exceptional in problem solving and maths you r doomed

Corporate IT spending is all about Business Automation. Most of the top corporate companies have done with Automation & are stablised. IT jobs depends on florishing Business. Unless Businesses boom, the IT job market will not return to rosy times as before.

Because there is no quality, nor "the right mind" (in Poland the same problem, but programmers are certainly of much higher quality and there are much more "right minds" in percentage terms). The Japanese and Chinese took a wiser path.

Finally and as always other industries still talks , earns money,roasting ,blessing ,cursing the so called IT sector.. so the IT employees have always been some sort of source of income for other sectors , house owners, PG owners, auto walas, small eateries etc and etc and the media too like the above news seasonally 😂😂..this is not new happening in IT field , this was/is/will be happening
