It's not if you know it bro Tea contains 1.Milk - which contains fats and proteins but too much of diary products are not advisable 2.Suger - required to take in a balanced way otherwise you'll feel like shit.but too much of it can definetly be bad 3.tea (the tea leaves) - which is great to improve your mood and boost your metabolism So tea ones in a while definetly not a problem
