I think there should be REASONABLE RESTRICTIONS in free speech. Without any restrictions i think violence within the country will increase. We also need laws to punish people who exploit these restrictions and sue others just for fun.

there should be no restriction on free speech..it needs to be absolute..violence could be dealt with other provisions of the Indian penal code...incitement to violence is too a vague term..for eg it should be legal to support any violent ideology ,say for example naxalism as long as u are not indulging in it ... it's better to have "death threats " made illegal rather than vague "incitement to violence"...

Yes, they are misused, when someone says Bharat tere tukde honge it’s their fundamental rights lol, not according to me. Now courts won’t punish them as high paid lawyers know how to mold cases. As sadhbhavna blasts, Hiran Ko kisne Mara,gaadi kaun chala rah tha, judge lodha,1984 riots, Bengal panchayat elections ki condition,Bhopal gas tragedy etc etc I took these example to show courts are easy to handle with huge money. We have freedom but don’t hold responsibility, bas freedom h toh kuch Bhai kr sakte h this thinking should go.
