Keep that up and this channel will only continue to grow like crazy. (You’re already a fantastic instructor without the animation, FTR.) Thanks much for the knowledge share!

I love how much glue you use. I'm also a glue nut. Funny I'm a cabinet maker. It was rare for me to ever build one wrong. Cause it was a passion to build cabinets. The foreman of the shop had to fix one I did wrong. When he started to take it apart. His frustration started building. Then look at me and said " Damn Goat, I give you credit. Because you're not afraid to use glue. That's why I like you. " That was a good feeling.

Amazing plans! Thanks. After the first board I discovered the little imperfections that can bite you and those that don't. Making my second now and am very excited to see how it comes out. I used walrus oil on the first and was disappointed in how dark the board became. It looked more defined unfinished. I have only waited 5 hours since coating, so perhaps tomorrow will look better. Will see if you have a link for your finish.

This is another great vid on how to make 3D looking boards. My dilemma right now is picking one to try! Tip for thin panel glue ups: elevate the board edges slightly, apply tape across the V you make by elevating, leave a slight gap between the tape and bottom of the v, apply glue and when you flatten the pieces the tape will be under tension thus will apply more 'clamping' pressure. Or look for a vid on how to glue up a guitar top using that method because that's how it is often done. I have to admit that I've never tried this on a multi-panel glue up so it may be too difficult to make it work in that case.
