@MattSmith-iq1ld6 жыл бұрын
Yeah, but being a lawyer or a doctor is a more stable job. Fans, coaches, and leagues officials believe they are better off making more money and getting more security in the NFL so that they can work full time just officiating football. Just having these guys flown in for a Sunday football game after a week at the doctor's office is a joke. They should be studying film and trying to become better referees during the work week. They shouldn't be lawyers. The only way to do that is to pay them so much and provide them job security to where they have zero reason to have a 2nd job.

2:40 😂😂😂 the smart alleckist thing John Madden ever said, also maybe the least rhetorical and smooth lol just slipped it right in there...like a lawyer lol

3:41 the ref sounds like he’s the character of a sitcom in an episode where he knows nothing about football yet has to ref a game...

I KNEW the "giving him the business" call would be here. LOL

The best part about the "giving him the business" guy is the anger with which he delivers the line. It's an NFL referee calling a penalty like he was a cranky old man describing a fight in a black and white movie.

Telling the home crowd to be quiet and threaten the home team by charging them a timeout is utter bullshit. The home crowd has every right to be loud. That's the point of having home field advantage. Having the fans on your side and disrupting playcalling on the other team.

God I hated that noise rule. How dumb.its called home field advantage for a reason
@Blindwuzi6 жыл бұрын
It was the same as taking celebrations out. NFL just seemed to want to take the fun out of the game and they're paying for it now.

I would love the qb and ref to go to the superdome in New Orleans that building gets crazy loud.

Is it really a dumb rule? You can claim home field advantage all you want but look at the Seahawks. Super loud fans and guess what? Most penalties (especially false starts) happens to the Seahawks. Ut wasnt a dumb rule. It's perfectly understandable why that rule existed.

@@anonymousperson3023 (re)watch 7:00. Once upon a time, the defense team could be charged a timeout as a penalty if the crowd made too much noise. No clue how'd that help your scenario. Maybe tell the marketing team of the Seahawks to stop selling #12 🤷🏽♂️
