No doubt that Young needs development and Panthers overpaid to go and get him. But Young's selling point prior to the draft, agreed upon by all the NFL establishment and most of the media voices, was that he was NFL ready. It wasn't true.

These organizations are doing these young WB’s wrong. They are throwing them out there with trash personnel around them and expecting them to be a rock Purdy. Brock Purdy has a damn allstar team. When you have a young talented QB that’s cheap in his early years, use that money that you are saving and go get him some dogs! At that point, you will know what you got by year 3 or 4. At that point you can make a decision if you want to move in a different direction!

Nah. Its the organization that's messed up. Panther's have done nothing to help Bryce. It is the same as the Jets back when they pushed Darnold when he was starting out. They ruined his confidence, just like Bryce. No support from the o line. Just a disaster. I predict Dalton gonna be no better

The Panthers did EVERYTHING this offseason to help him. Revamped o line which is actually one of the best in pass blocking so far this season. Traded for a WR, drafted a WR, RB, and TE. Yet, Bryce looks worst. Stop with the bs excuse! It might have been true last year but not now. If you don't know anything about the organization then don't speak on it

The Carolina Panthers will never win a Super Bowl with the current management. We're too influenced by the media, which deceives both fans and the team into trading good players prematurely. Although Bryce Young isn't NFL-ready now, he'll become a top-10 quarterback when he adjusts to the game's pace. Our impatience stems from comparing ourselves to successful teams that built their rosters correctly and allowed players to develop.
