Buddhism not Hinduism
@sweetchinmusic34 жыл бұрын
@@exodus8094 Please educate yourself on the history of hindusim and buddhism. Hinduism is the most ancient spiritual way of life in the Indian sub continent. Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism are offshoots of that tradition. Buddha (Gauthama siddhartha who was himself was Hindu) had some disagreements with some aspects of Hinduism and developed Buddhism.. May be a wiki read could help. Seems like they didn't teach you right in the yoga studio :)

The practice of yoga and foundations of Hinduism where brought to India by a colonizing force traced back to ancient Europe (this is why so many northern Indian people have a large percentage of European dna!) so it is no surprise it has come full circle!

@@michaeltribbet9213 Haha nice joke.. Yoga and hinduism originated in the Indian sub continent around 3000 BC. The word yoga itself is a Sanskrit word which means union.. Nice try nut. Its one thing to not give credit for using yoga but shamelessly makes lies up.. Thats a new low.. Smh

Looks like he got cupping. I got that and Gua Sha and electrostim through the long acupuncture needles back in 2005 before it became popular and mainstream with top athletes...remember Phelps at the 2012 Olympics with all the red circles...for around 13 years of treatment by my badass acupuncturist. Some of my marks would be almost eggplant purple when I had two different excruciating 15/10 acute pain level emergency health issues like kidney stones 2x (three emergency operations, two in one week) and a sac/cyst that somehow randomly attached to my eardrum (one of the most sensitive and pain sensitive parts in your entire body) which was so painful I was ready to kill myself and told the ENT Department Head M.D. that after 3 days of utter torture that two huge bottles of alternating Vicodin and Percocet didn't even touch...was screaming bloody murder for 7 hours in the ER on a Friday night and they couldn't help me due to stupid rules about transferring necessary tool, that would've spared me 3 days of utter hell and agony, from the ENT building to the ER department. My acupuncturist said due to the highest amount of pain I had endured, that was the darkest red/purple that he'd seen from cupping and then the Gua Sha. It helps break up adhesions and stagnated blood. Different athletes work different muscles and no matter how balanced and well you train, your body will likely have trigger points...(I get a whopping 600 units of medical Botox from my lower waist to my forehead for my muscle dystonia ans trigger points that are so tight they have to put me under anesthesia to inject; I get it done every 72 days and have been doing medical Botox for 12 years and counting starting at 20 years old as it was initially for my horrific headaches that I had at 14 and clenching/TMJ)...and underlying muscle bodies of your traps, scapula...especially the levator scaps, rhomboids, the SCMs, scalenes, and even the lats. Then you need to foam roll, Theragun, or have your PT stretch out the dreaded psoas muscles and IT bands.
