Star Wars™ Outlaws is launching August 30th with NVIDIA DLSS 3.5, Ray Tracing, and Reflex. Check out the new 11-min Gameplay Showcase.
In the video, Kay gathers intel about an expert to help improve her blaster skills on Tatooine. As she travels through space from the asteroid field in Akiva's orbit on her ship, the Trailblazer, we see her come to the aid of a Pyke Syndicate freighter under attack by pirate starfighters; the Pykes are grateful for her assistance, and Kay’s reputation with the syndicate grows and may open up further opportunities with them in the future.
Once on Tatooine, Kay enters a planet where most of the economy is under the control of a different syndicate: the Hutt Cartel. She explores Mos Eisley, the legendary hive of scum and villainy, in search of the expert. Karlson says creating Mos Eisley was a highlight for the development team: “Recreating this iconic city is a dream come true for our teams, allowing us to show parts of Mos Eisley you've never seen before.”
Kay's intel leads to a Hutt Cartel storehouse located in the southern hills; unfortunately, she has a poor reputation with the Hutts. They won’t simply let her through the front door - she’ll need to infiltrate the area without triggering the alarm or risk getting into a confrontation. Kay succeeds and finds information on the location of the expert, but now she needs to make her escape, leading her into a shootout before fleeing the scene. At the end of the video, Kay finally meets with the expert, Sherriff Quint.
Star Wars™ Outlaws will be available on August 30th, with Gold and Ultimate Edition owners being able to participate in early access on August 27th. Pre-order now on the Ubisoft Store.

@@FrostyBunnybottom Skull and bones situation was much different because that game was in development hell for a quite long time, they were forced to release it as it was because the project was financied by a goverment deal or something like that if they didn't release it they could have to face legal problems. so yeah that was it. In this case is a game made with their own money, hopefully they took enough time to fine tune it.

Seamless space travel and seamless planet landing. You heard, Todd? Ubisoft did it, so why you can't? And I know it's only a loading screen thad hidden by clouds, and that's exactly what we want in Starfield. Because I'm understand that the game is complicated, so there's no way to make it really be seamless. But just hide loading screen and it will look 10 times better.

They should have focused on a Tatooine Open World and just make one planet huge. If the game blows up (which it would) they can scale it up to MMORPG size on many planets. Having planets with a few km² of traversable area is on more that a decade old Kníghts of the Old Republic level. Star Citizen has actual planets without cutscenes. Noone expects that wonder from Ubisoft, but planets with fake Starfield-size are going to suck.

@@chrisj1633 Possibly.. but if you want to present any game properly on KZbin, you always have to limit the fps to 60 and turn on Vsync, and use a good capture software. Shadow play was bad for a long time... Maybe they improved it, not sure.

I don't know how the gameplay is because I haven't played the Avatar game yet. aside the controversial games like watch dogs, which has been canceled, assassin's which isn't out yet but people are already complaining about, the division 2, which is very good but so old that they could have made another game by now and R6, which still has a toxic community, it seems promising
