From an entertainment perspective, this was an awesome game to watch. Silovs being a beast despite the goals. Pettersson finally getting a goal. Zadorov pulling of his second McDavid in two games. Oilers playing a much better game this time than last. McDavid finding ways to get free and showing why he is the best player in the league. The speed, vision and puck control he has is just on another level. As soon as I saw him picking up speed in his own zone for that last goal, I knew the game was over. He is just unreal. Also glad Draisitl was healthy enough to be able to play, he is such an important part.

Such an important win for the Oil. They played waaaaay too sloppy through the first two periods, but finally were able to play their game in the 3rd and in OT. This does bode well from now on.
@FightingSiouxHockey8 ай бұрын
I think part of the issues for the Oil in the first game was being too rusty....too long of a layoff, 7 days...the Canucks i believe were more ready to play because of the shorter layoff....But.I think the cylinders are starting to crank up for the Oil...They seem to have gotten better as the 2nd game went along....They should be hitting their stride next game, and that's not good for the Canucks.

Refs were plain terrible across the board for both sides. Was a great game soured by terrible officiating.
@my3dviews8 ай бұрын
@@12camarodude It was a great game. Ignore the officiating. There are always missed calls. Canucks had too many men on the ice then scored. Oilers got away with a high stick. The series is exactly where it should be. Tie after two games. Each team deserved to win the game that they did based on their play on the ice.

No need to Que...Tocchet was WHINING about the Ref's for 5 days BEFORE the Series even started...Of course they will cry over Hughs but will completely miss Hyman getting High Sticked and bleeding in the first, No Call...McDavid getting Tripped AFTER he scored 3rd goal...No Call....ect ect ect.

@@my3dviewstechnically mcdavid should have been called as well for too many men 20 seconds before the ot goal was scored, but even as a nucks fan we played very poorly and the team deserved that loss. If there is anything to take from this though, it’s that the Canucks are the best team in the nhl when it comes to bouncing back.
