It can't go directly off the ref. It can go off a ref then a stick/player and it would count.

No it didn't count, The Announcers on the blues side immediately said that it wouldn't count interestingly enough. Also, funny how just a few clips earlier Luongo had the same exact thing happen, except he made the save lol

Wait im confused in one clip they say it wouldn't count then in a later one they said it does......so if it goes in off a ref does it count lol?

If it hits off the ref and goes directly into the net it doesn't count. The one at 6:00 was called back. O'Reilly shot the puck into the net after it hit off the ref's skate so it does count.

It doesn't. Announcers were wrong. It's not a legal play to go in right off the ref.

I would find it really dumb if nhl doesnt finish the regular season because theres so many teams that has a chance of making the playoffs cause its really tight like rangers, islanders and panthers if those 3 teams win a game they’ll take blue jackets, Toronto and hurricanes spot in the playoffs and 2nd of all for the other teams they might losse more games and they’ll get a better draft
