Josh Anderson and The second round pick Columbus sent with Laine to Columbus for future considerations Columbus would be above cap floor. Habs would basically be getting Laine at 3.2 million Win win

Why would Calgary want to trade Anderson in the same division.I cant that happening.I would think an eastern team would be better.I thought Ottawa for Zub.Calgary has 7 or 8 Russians allready on their team.A Russian 5 in the making. This is a trade that could be possible with some tweaking. Norris,Forsberg, Zub, Ostapchuk,and Tyler Boucher for Andrrson Huberdeau,and Mantha.Calgary has Weegar for the top pairing right shot,add Zub yo the second pairing,and Marionov for third pairing.They haveall the Russians on d they would need for a Detroit Scotty Bowman team.Weegar on top with another puck mover Joni Jurmo Zub with one of your Russian left shots,and one with Marionov.Kuzmenko and a Russian second line and the young Russian center for third line,and a bunch of big North American players for fourth line.

If the LOSER FLAMES traded Rasmus Anderrson to the Oilers then they wouldn't be a RIVAL or even an NHL team. RIVALS don't complete and perfect a defense core for their opponent. RIVALS don't fix a gaping hole in another RIVALS defense core. Screw the Oilers and anything they offer you as they are the Flames competitive rival even though they are running around with Jonathan Huberdeau.

I can still recall the first trade ever between edm and cal do you? I do... was a player for a draft pick and it was a former blues 1st rd draft pick ( I think in 1990) and present Ottawa GM.....ya give? It was Edmonton trading Steve Staios to Calgary for a 3rd rd draft pick if im not mistaken....(I don't Google and cheat, I try and recall it as best as I can....👍
