I really appreciate these workouts. I feel the difference in my strength after doing the exercises for a week.

This is great! 💕I found the pelvic balancing exercises quite hard not quite sure if I did it correctly. But I guess I just need to keep practicing everyday.

@@NHS thank you for the prompt reply. Ill ask my midwife. Ive done this video for over a year so im confident with the movements and balance exercises but I just thought id check to see if its ok to do while pregnant as not sure what is and isn’t. Its my first pregnancy
