Jay truly has a freight train metabolism!!! He gained body fat during the offseason but was never fat! Always had a visible six pack even at 290!!! He was averaging at least 6,000 calories a day! Just monster eaters! Ronnie was the same! If I eat more than 2,000 calories a day I gradually keep adding body fat lol I have such a slow metabolism and I have been training for about 20 years and always stay active. Genetics are everything! Jay’s incredible work ethic and crazy genetics were perfect for his monster success. Best ambassador of the sport right here!

what? Im eating 3000+ kcal because the calculator told me my supposed bmr was 1750 due to weight and age so I started at 2200 then 2400 after 2800 and finally 3k because I just keep on losing weight and although its far slower I am losing 2+ pounds a month while eating 3k so I might need to bump it up to 3.2k soon especially since I thought that 2800kcal was me bulking but clearly not. and im not even weight training just doing some basic body training every now and then.
@shonuffLAКүн бұрын
I just get sick of eating but when I miss my goals by even 250 calories I can tell a difference the next day. The training is the easy part, shoving food in my face when I’m not hungry month after month is the hard part.

Gotta bulk to grow. It is very difficult to build muscle very lean. On a bulk you have a lot of energy to progress in the training.

I'm 250 8% of 6ft 35yrs old, and the most problem I hear from the younger guys is food intake. They train so much, but lack in quality food. You have to be just as serious with eating as you are with training. You're just wasting your time in the gym if no progress are being made.

@matthewmccain3 күн бұрын
I can tell you. He was very meticulous with his eating. Even the pig out meals were as clean as he could make them. His was married to a doctor for the majority of his competitive years. He believed in less is more, and slowly added compounds and changed dosages through the years. Jay didn’t drink or do recreational drugs, as far as it’s documented. Finally the most Important consistency and genetics.

People fail to take into consideration the role anabolic steroids plays in building mass. Yes, training and diet is important but there is no way any elite bodybuilder is going to pack on that amount of size without the use of androgens.
@chisimpson337613 сағат бұрын
Facts also to mention that anabolic steroids boost your metabolism. Back in my younger days when I would dabble with steroids I was ALWAYS hungry. I could eat a cow on that shit

i used to think being magnetic was just about looks or confidence, but i couldn’t have been more wrong. i read this book called Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, and it totally changed my perspective. it breaks down the energy and mindset behind true attraction in a way that just makes sense. once i started applying what it taught, i noticed people reacting to me differently almost instantly. it’s seriously worth a read.

i remember this one time i felt like no matter what i did, people just didn’t notice me. i tried everything-confidence boosters, social tips, you name it-but nothing seemed to work. then i found this book, Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, and it completely shifted how i saw myself. it’s not just about being noticed; it’s about understanding the energy you project. honestly, this book made all the difference for me. if you’ve ever felt invisible, you need to read it.

there was a time when i kept wondering why some people seemed to naturally draw others in while i was just…there. no matter what i tried, i couldn’t figure out how they did it. then someone mentioned the book Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, and i decided to check it out. the way it explains how your aura affects everything around you? it blew me away. it’s like having a secret code to unlock your magnetic energy. this book is a game-changer.

i remember feeling like i was always the one fading into the background while others stood out effortlessly. it was frustrating and made me doubt myself a lot. then i came across this book, Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, and it showed me things i’d never even considered. it’s not just a self-help book; it’s like a guide to understanding your own energy and using it to connect with people. if you’ve ever felt like you’re not seen, this book might change everything.
