Hi Nicholas! Thanks for being so generous with sharing your knowledge on here, and your website. So happy to stumble upon this, its really helping me as a TCM student. Will you be posting points 35-45 of the stomach channel? Thanks :)

Hi Grace, I’m glad you like the videos. I’ve been caught up making an herb review course, but I’ll see if I can get the other ST points out this week.

Very informative.... reminds me of my Meralgia paresthetica treatment. It is a condition characterized by tingling, numbness and burning pain in the outer part of thigh. The condition is caused by compression of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve, which supplies sensation to upper leg. My symptoms completely improved in just 2 sittings. ST 31, 32, 33 were needled

That's awesome! I am having some numbness sensations due to the compression of a nerve because of the erosion of some bones in my lower back. I started using these points yesterday, today was my second day and it got a tiny bit better. Let's see in the next days.

Hi Hanna. I'm glad you like the videos. I recently moved to Colorado, so I've lost my point model. I'll have to look around for another one here.

I am studying TCM alone, I am a self taught student and your videos are being fantastic for me. I am my own lab rat 😂. Thank you for your amazing videos!!!!
@philipmontreal91353 жыл бұрын
Dear Dying Dream, Nicholas is becoming overwhelming among us in our circle. Self-taught is simplicity but mutually exchange will be an enhancing experience. Picture if this video is only talking on his own without the real figure (with a smile 😊) as the model to show, I wonder if it could be this perfect. Even though I was born with someone elder as the good TCM in my family and Daoist -stylish knowledge, but still I found the way how it's been taught in the class with the knowledge/ terminology required in anatomy , which is quite challenging to me. 🙏. hope there will be further exchange in the sea of learning. 😇

Thank you so much for these!! Is the height and width of the patella 2 cun? I have never seen the width of the patella used for 2 cun. I believe Deadman uses the height as 2 cun. Thanks again!
@tcmstudy2 жыл бұрын
Yes, Deadman says the height of the patella is 2 cun, but in my school we always used the height. I think this is because students have trouble differentiating between the actual patella and the ligament attached to it. So the would try to palpate the height, but they would get a measurement that's way too big because they are including the patellar ligament.

Nicholas, thanx for effort.. I have a suggestion/plea 😅.. can you make a video with all acupoints on specific area (i.e. thorax, abdomen, upper arm..) it could be a fantastic tool for learning and to be aware of certain acupoints in specific area.. anyway, excellent work with all your previous vids!

Is there a reason you do not needle the bipolar? I’ve had an itchy nipple almost all my life and recently discovered I have an assimilation issue (a lot of needling on stomach). Seems like a needle right on the nipple would be good!
