Hey Chris, I think you misspoke about the buyer/seller ratio. SSTC Ratio = (SSTC / Total including SSTC) × 100 So, taking for sale of, say, 114 and total sales + SSTC of, say 189, we have 75 SSTC. So calculation is: = (75 / 189) × 100 ≈ 39.7% You said you divide the SSTC by the for sale figure which isn't correct
